Overview
codeclawd builds software and knowledge systems for businesses, then keeps them running. Using this site means you accept these terms.
What the site shows
A description of the work, and a worked example built from records we made up. The example computes its answer in your browser, holds no client material, and shows how a mechanism behaves, not an answer you can act on. Engagements are described without naming the client.
Intellectual property
The text, code, illustrations and the Claw character are ours. Quote them with attribution and link to them; do not copy them into another product. What you send us stays yours, and sending it lets us read it and reply. Send nothing confidential before an agreement covers it.
No guarantees
Nothing here is legal, engineering, financial or tax advice, an offer, a quote, or a commitment to a date. Scope comes from a written proposal. We do not promise the site is free of error.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from relying on this site, the worked example, or a site we link to.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

Ask us. If you want a message you sent us deleted, say so and it is deleted.
